and 80's.  Sometimes the smallest of touches to your front entrance can make a huge difference
in the appearance of your home.  Sometimes, you just need a little extra room for guests.  Here are examples of a separate (from the main house) room addition. It has a complete bathroom and a room suitable for over night guests or a game room.  I also constructed a built in barbecue with counter space for entertaining or dining.  Both the room addition and the barbecue are on opposite ends of the pool area and create the perfect environment for family or friends in a comfortable resort setting.  On the lower left of the screen is a remodel to the front of an older Lake Havasu home updated.
